- We’ll work with you to understand your trip goals and personal preferences, then curate a selection of hotel options tailored to your style. Once you’ve selected your favorite, we’ll secure the reservation and ensure you receive our full suite of VIP perks.
Itinerary Design
- Design fee starting at $500 per destination

A travel advisor’s work takes place before the trip even begins. Therefore, we charge a design fee once we agree to work together.
This fee covers the time, research, and expertise required to craft a highly customized and well-balanced itinerary—tailored to your unique preferences, goals, and travel style. From identifying the ideal destinations and accommodations to curating immersive experiences and seamless logistics, each detail is carefully considered to ensure a one-of-a-kind journey.
Flights
- Through our host agency Brownell, we can offer assistance booking your flights. The Brownell Air Desk offers expert air desk services to assist with booking flights for your travels. This service includes in-depth knowledge of airlines, airports, schedule changes, preferred seating, and finding the best value and schedule for your trip. Plus, you’ll have access to our 24-hour help line.
- Domestic flights: $75 per ticket
- International flights: $125 per ticket
Insurance
- Through our host agency Brownell, we can offer access to travel insurance. Our team is happy to get on a call with you to discuss what is covered and any questions you may have about the policy. There is NO FEE for insurance quotes.
